To ensure a smooth and mutually respectful experience, please review and adhere to the following: Booking & Payment • All appointments must be booked via www.theconn3ct.com. • Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise noted. • A confirmation email with session details will be sent automatically. Cancellations & Rescheduling • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable. • Emergency exceptions are considered at The Conn3ct’s discretion. • If we need to reschedule, you’ll be contacted promptly with priority rebooking options. Late Arrival Policy • Please be on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. • If you’re 15+ minutes late, your session may be forfeited without refund. Confidentiality & NDA • All sessions are strictly confidential. • We will not share any personal, professional, or proprietary information discussed unless required by law or with your written consent. • You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary tools, strategies, or materials from The Conn3ct and/or its affiliates. Intellectual Property • All materials shared are the intellectual property of The Conn3ct and its affiliates and are for your personal or organizational use only. Testimonial Option • You may be invited to share a testimonial—always optional and never shared without written permission. Agreement Booking a session confirms that you’ve read and agree to this policy. We’re excited to conn3ct and create something extraordinary with you.
